ATS have assisted us with a huge range of positions, across our group of companies, over the past 7 years. I have a general disdain for recruitment agencies, but ATS are not like the rest. They have made an effort to understand our company and what we need. They are not pushy in any way but want to find the right candidate for us, not the one with the highest fee for them.
