Background
Amanda joined the ATS team in September 2020, working completely remotely from her country home in Le Marche, Italy. Amanda joined the team with no previous recruitment experience but has always been involved with speaking to people and building relationships in other roles that she has previously done.
She loves talking and considers recruitment to be her dream job and she wishes that she had have taken the leap into recruitment years ago! Amanda is incredibly dedicated to her work, and gets complete job satisfaction when helping others, often going above and beyond by calling clients and candidates in the evenings and at the weekend.
Outside of Hours
She normally starts work 5 minutes late, as she is lost in a trance like state after bouncing on the kids trampoline or performing outrageous yoga moves as part of her early fitness routine – while listening to feel good 80’s & 90’s music such as Erasure and Madonna! Her weekends are spent walking in the Italian countryside with her family and their dog and in the summer, she winds away the time by sunning herself at the side of the pool or on the beach. Amanda loves strong Italian coffee and taking a million pictures of her kids and the countryside whenever she has the chance!!

I’m touched – tissues – hahah
In today’s ever changing world we I realised our company needed help with Recruitment.
Amanda was already knocking on the door making guarantees that I was not sure about. Simply put I have never met someone who promised to help and then did, from 7am to late at night until everyday until results were achieved.
We must have the people to do the job or we lose money.
Amanda made sure we had the ‘right people’ and that they were vetted and made ready for interview. I know for sure Amanda is in my contact list because she has never let me down and is a role model for anyone looking to achieve high standards.
