Background
Amber started working with ATS Recruitment as an Apprentice Administrator, successfully achieving her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration during an extremely difficult pandemic period. Upon completion of her apprenticeship and in recognition of her excellent work ethic, Amber was offered the opportunity to move into recruitment to work as a Trainee Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant.
Amber currently manages a number of key accounts within the construction and engineer sectors, as well as providing critical support to her colleagues, assisting them with their accounts, whilst learning the fundamentals of recruitment. Because of this, she has already gained vast experience of working on a wide range of roles within construction, engineering, utilities and surveying.
