Background

Having moved to West Yorkshire over 20 years ago from Newbury, Berkshire, Hayley started her career within the recruitment industry helping to set up a construction branch for a recruitment company in Bradford. She started working as an Administrator with payroll responsibilities, then progressed into a Recruitment Consultant on a full-time basis. 

Throughout her career, she has covered many sectors in recruitment such as construction, facilities management, industrial, utilities and manufacturing.  

Hayley believes that she has found her niche within the sectors of building surveying, building control, warranty and fire safety. She currently heads up a team specialising within these sectors and has the versatility to dip into other sectors when needed.

Outside of Hours

In her spare time, Hayley loves to walk (especially around the Lake District), and also enjoys running, spinning and generally keeping fit. Hayley is not to be messed with, having achieved Black Belt status in Karate! She is also a proud Mum of 2 and also has 2 wonderful grandchildren.
