Background
James is one of the founding Directors and current Managing Director of ATS Recruitment Limited. He has a background working in construction and engineering recruitment and has worked with a wide and diverse range of clients within many of our core sectors. In the past James has successfully ran desks within such sectors as water, utilities, high tech construction and environmental consultancies. He likes to build longstanding relationships with his clients, whilst working to the company values.
These days James has more of an operational role within ATS Recruitment and works with other team members helping to drive the business forward. Nobody is quite sure what he does, but he always seems to be on the phone, Zoom/Teams calls or engrossed in his laptop… Over the past 3 years, James has led the team to embrace the ‘work from anywhere’ concept and he tries to empower the team to be the best that they can be. He enjoys developing new ideas and finding solutions to the problems we encounter from time to time.
Outside of Hours
Outside of work James spends much of his time with his wife, Leanne and their three wonderful children, Jacob, Mila and Stanley and their pet Cockapoo, Luna.
